Our Summer Sips collection is bringing fresh, fruity flavours and feel-good holiday energy to the bar.
Keep it crisp with a Grapefruit & Thyme Spritz, cool off with a Watermelon & Mint Cooler or enjoy a taste of Provence with our frozen rosé. You’ll also find zesty daiquiris, refreshing spritzes and tropical favourites, plus a Lemon, Lime & Bitters for anyone keeping things alcohol-free.

Raise The Bar!
Our Fizz & Fixes collection is the perfect way to ease into the season. Think bright, uplifting serves like our Blood Orange Mimosa or Raspberry Fizz — light, refreshing and ideal for any occasion.
If you are in the mood for something alcohol free, our zero-proof serves are just as tempting. Enjoy a Hawaiian Cooler for a taste of sunshine, a Ginger and Lime Mule for a little zing, or a Virgin Mary that is full of flavour and perfect any time of day.

Sundays At Our House
Nothing rounds off Sunday quite like relaxing & spending time with family & friends. What makes it even more perfect is a delicious Sunday Roast. Our tender sirloin of beef is marinated in rosemary and garlic for a leisurely 48 hours, and served with all the trimmings including bottomless Yorkies & gravy.

The cool wee sister to The Tree House, T-bar is a laid-back bar and venue serving up proper beer, a crazy but crafted cocktail selection and live sounds, all week long.
